Having been creating their works under the alias mostly unperturbed for the past five years, 秋 (Autumn) boasts a discography that showcases talent in a variety of styles to generate a relaxed, entrancing mood. From slushwave, to classic vapor, to mallsoft, and then all the way to more traditional ambient and drone sounds. Through their journey, one of the albums that most encapsulates their talents in those final genres ended up being 大阪 (Osaka).

A delicate balance is held in its progressions, as each movement seamlessly blends into the next to make something that feels sprawling and interconnected, yet fleeting in its moments. From one thought to the next, from day to night and then back again. Through this, 大阪 aims to encapsulate its city of namesake within the expanse of its sound, drawing out every ounce of atmosphere it can pull from raw sound.

While it boasts a long runtime to accomplish its feats, 大阪 never feels like it dwells on one idea for too long, subtly variating its mood through the use of movements within each track. Without paying attention, it even becomes difficult to discern each shift until it has already set in.
