We ship directly to you from our DIY duplicator in Florida.
We can ship anywhere in the world except to countries whose service is currently suspended by Asendia. Asendia's current list of suspended countries is as follows:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Bhutan
- Brunei Darussalam
- Cuba
- Laos
- Libya
- Mongolia
- Russia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Timor-Leste (East Timor)
- Turkmenistan
- Ukraine
- Yemen
Additionally, we do not ship to areas of the West Bank of Palestine that are currently occupied by Israel.
Order handling can take between one day and up to two weeks depending on stock availability and whether or not you are purchasing a recent release. Recent releases may still be in the manufacturing process, but will be shipped as copies are finished.
- Return Policy

Returns not accepted except in the following circumstances:
1. You can prove that your tape arrived damaged
2. You received an item and it wasn't what you had ordered
In Case 1, if there is sufficient stock to replace your item, we will attempt to replace it. Otherwise a refund will be sent in place of a new item. In Case 2, after the return is complete, we will send you the correct item if stock is available.
