Originally released on July of 2013 on the digital titan of Ailanthus Recordings, NTSC Memories has been hailed as a cult classic of low fidelity, reflective nostalgia in a bottle. Most tracks consist of a powerfully catchy hook, dwelt upon for the majority of the track, and a bridge section that is sprinkled in for optimal flavor.

As simple as this format sounds, NTSC Memories is a masterpiece in execution. Each of these hooks is memorable and punchy enough to stay within your head after a listen through the album, though faded and worn enough in texture to be effective through longer songs, such as the most notable single throughout the years, Weather Scanning.

Through the five years of this album, it has been in rest as a digital release, and after that time it has aged like fine wine, the beats within itself adding to the nostalgia a new layer, that of an almost laughable meta-nostalgia for early vapor, for a time when the heart of a piece took precedent over production value or heavy concepts. NTSC Memories itself is almost a time capsule to what made early vapor so great.

In an unseen turn of action however, Lindsheaven revisited this contemporary classic years later to add upon four extra tracks: Luxury Advertising Interlude, Sun Outline, Modern Broporwave Landscape, and Alone In The End. Each of these tracks helps fill in minuscule gaps to the already pristine work of art that is NTSC Memories, and each one has a flavor unique to itself, not just in the sense of these extras tracks, but to the whole album itself.

Today, on August 17'th, 2018, we here at Shatterfoil Industries are overjoyed to bring you this timeless beauty to tape. Sporting the new version of the artwork created by Lindsheaven himself, and reimagined by Ava Randall, we have worked hard to give this album the treatment it deserves.

We give many thanks to Lindsheaven for allowing us to bring this album into the physical realm, and we thank you all, for keeping this piece intact over the years with your constant support and love of the genre, and its rich roots.
